Harmonious World #12 Kenrick Rowe
Hilary interviews drummer Kenrick Rowe.
You may not recognise Kenrick's name, but you have almost certainly heard his playing, as he's one of the UK's go-to drummers. He has most recently been heavily involved in the outstanding All About Eve soundtrack by PJ Harvey and The Specials' number one album Encore. Kenrick's experience extends across genres, including reggae, pop, funk and jazz and lockdown has given him the opportunity to compose and record more, so watch this space for more appearances.
Kenrick talks about the excellent work being done by State of Trust and Notting Hill Carnival and his own current and upcoming performances with them.
To find out more about Kenrick, find him on social media.

Don't forget the Quincy Jones quote that sums up why I do this: "Imagine what a harmonious world it would be if every single person, both young and old, shared a little of what he is good at doing."
